Founder's letter

Customer experience is broken.
It has been that way for a while.

While a lot of organization talk about putting the customer first, few measure up to the task.  We know from our experience as a B2B SaaS business that retaining a dollar of revenue is much easier than adding new revenue. Retention requires all teams to be aligned around the goal to delight customers and tools and processes designed to help them.
